The Tale of the Nigerian Government

Every day in Nigeria, the same story plays out, a story so familiar that it now feels like background noise. We complain. On buses, in offices, at street corners, on social media “the problem of Nigeria is bad leadership.” And we are right. But what’s strange, almost comical is how even the so-called leaders say the same thing.

Turn on the TV any evening, and you’ll see it: a senator lamenting “bad governance,” a governor blaming “corruption,” a minister condemning “failed systems.” Sometimes, they even sound sincere. They speak with passion, they shake their heads, they quote scripture. But if you look closely, you realize something unsettling, these are the same people in the system, the same people with power to change what they’re complaining about......cont....

"Inside the Brain: The Engine of Life"

The brain is the most powerful organ in the human body. It weighs just about 1.4 kilograms, it's in charge of every thought, action, memory, and emotion. It like the engine of a car, the brain powers life itself without it, the body is silent.

It is made up of billions of nerve cells called neurons, which communicate through electrical signals faster than lightning. This network allows us to learn, create, dream, and solve problems. Every decision you make, from lifting a finger to imagining a future, is born in the brain.

The brain is divided into parts which are as follows:
The cerebrum for thinking and memory.
The cerebellum for balance and movement,
The brainstem that keeps you alive by controlling breathing and heartbeat.
Together, they work nonstop, even when you sleep.

Truly, the brain is life’s most extraordinary gift. The more you nurture it with knowledge, creativity, and positive thinking, the more powerful it becomes. Protect it, train it, and never underestimate the wonder that lives inside your head.

Seeds of Virtue ✨🌱

Children are like little gardens. The values we plant in them today will grow into the character they carry tomorrow.

Meaningless posts often go viral on social media due to several psychological and algorithmic factors:

1. Entertainment Value – Many viral posts are humorous, absurd, or bizarre, making them easily shareable. People enjoy lighthearted content that requires little thinking.

2. Emotional Triggers – Even seemingly meaningless content can evoke strong emotions like surprise, laughter, or curiosity, which increases engagement.

3. Short Attention Spans – Social media users prefer quick, digestible content. A simple, random, or weird post often spreads faster than deep, thought-provoking content.

4. Algorithm Boost – Social media platforms prioritize content with high engagement (likes, shares, and comments). If a post gains quick traction, the algorithm amplifies its reach.

5. Relatability & Trends – Some meaningless posts tap into existing trends, memes, or inside jokes, making them more likely to be shared.

6. Shock Value & Curiosity – Content that defies logic or expectations can make people stop scrolling and share it, fueling its virality.

7. Influencer Effect – If a popular influencer or page shares a post, it can quickly go viral, regardless of its depth or meaning.

8. FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) – People don’t want to feel left out, so they engage with viral content just because everyone else is talking about it.
