*DON'T DELAY YOUR REPENTANCE*
➖➖➖
*Act Before It's Too Late_*
➖➖➖
Tomorrow might never come.
Many people have said "tomorrow" and have died that same night.
_
Allah ﷻ says in the Qur'an:

*يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَتَّبِعُوا خُطُوَاتِ الشَّيْطَانِ*

_Oh you who Believe! Do not follow the footsteps of Shaytaan!_
[24:21]

According to the Mufasireen, Footsteps are referring to the sins of a person.
And to apply it here,
when a person says tomorrow and I will, I will.
This is when Shaytaan increases his Waswasa, in order to take this person who is entering the straight path, offroad!

They'll say Tomorrow I'll repent, and then the same day they'll sin and sin and when tomorrow comes, they'll feel too guilty to repent or they'll enjoy their sin so much they'll forget to repent at all!
_
Delaying the Obedience to Allah ﷻ is like delaying the water to a small flame, when you delay it further, the flame becomes a raging inferno and soon it consumes all and no water can quench it.
_
Gradually with the talk of tomorrow, the present will never see fruition and no actions will ever be manifested!
_
As Prophet ﷺ said "Take benefit of five before five:
1️⃣ Your youth before your old age,
2️⃣ your health before your sickness,
3️⃣ your wealth before your poverty,
4️⃣ your free-time before your preoccupation,
5️⃣ and your life before your death.”
[Shu’ab al-Ima‌n 9575 , Classed as Sahih]
_
You can lose 5 and gain 5 at any single moment.
So who and what are you waiting for?
_
So Brother, if you had unlawful relations, make Niyyah to break it off and then break it off!

And my sister, if you didn't wear Hijab yesterday, make Niyyah and start wearing today!
And so on and so forth.
_
Because at the end of it all,
We will be unable to look at anyone else to blame but ourselves.
Even Shaytaan will absolve himself of blame!
_
As Allah ﷻ tells us his speech in Hell,

_I had no authority over you except I called you and you responded, So blame me not, but blame yourselves!_
[14:22]
_
Then what excuse will you have?
*Reflect..*

*THE ERA OF THE PROUD SINNERS*
➖➖➖
*Conceal you sins*
➖➖➖
In this days and age we could see that people are shameless as well as proud of their sins.
I was with this girl.
I was with this boy
I got drunk last night
I saw this movie, listened to this music
And the list goes on..
_
We see an endless chorus of proud sinners sharing their sins with others.
_
They forget they are dealing with the Lord of the Arsh
The Lord of the Universe.
Because they have taken a blessing of Allah ﷻ, the screen that was put in front of their sin so nobody could see it and they have thrown it back at Allah ﷻ
_
As Prophet ﷺ said
_“All of my ummah will be fine except for those who commit sin openly. Part of committing sin openly is when a man does something at night and Allaah conceals it, but in the morning he says, ‘O So-and-so, last night I did such and such.’ His Lord had covered his sin all night, but in the morning he removed the cover of Allaah.”_
[Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 5721; Muslim, 2990]
_
Stop your shamelessness!
Stop telling everyone about this music track, that girl you slept with, this new unislamic hijab style.
Wallahi it will only come back to haunt you.
_
Rather, repent for your sin and strive to improve yourselves to become better so you raise your ranks in the sight of Allah ﷻ.

Allah ﷻ says:

_Allah accepts only the repentance of those who do evil in ignorance and foolishness and repent soon afterwards; it is they to whom Allah will forgive and Allah is Ever All-Knower, All-Wise._

_And of no effect is the repentance of those who continue to do evil deeds until death faces one of them and he says: "Now I repent;" nor of those who die while they are disbelievers. For them We have prepared a painful torment._
[4:17-18]
Turn back to Allah ﷻ after your sin and actually realise what you have done and repent.
_
At the end of each day, repent. Shake off the sins you do and do not know about which you committed.
_
Ya Ibn Adam! The straight path offers a struggle with the reward of Goodness upon Goodness endlessly.
While the Path of Shaytaan offers pleasures upon pleasures temporarily to distract you so you may be in Torment upon Torment endlessly.
You choose which end you strive for!
_
May Allah ﷻ conceal our sins and forgive us all of us.

How many men can do this?

Brother Said Rageah mentions that one of the Imāms during the era of the famous al–Alūsi went to bed in one of the nights after ishā and saw a dream.

In this dreams, Allāh's messenger said to him: "Oh Imām! Tell your neighbor, tell your neighbor, tell your neighbor that he is my neighbor in Jannah".

The Imām said that he said to himself in soliloquy: "I am the Imām, the hāfidh, the ālim, the m***i, and he is not talking about me but some simple man that I know, who only goes out to sell some basic things on the street. He is neither an Ālim nor a m***i. Why would he deserve to be with the Prophet in Jannah"?

He marvelled and wondered what would have earned his neighbor this status.

He was in a doubt, and consequently kept the dream to himself. The night after, he saw the same dream, and on the third night, the same dream.

Until he went to this man and said:

"Oh this man! Allāh's messenger had appeared in my dreams three nights in a row, telling me you're his neighbor in Jannah. What did you do?

You didn't only make Jannah, but the companionship of Allāh's messenger therein. How did you get this status"?

The man:

"I got married to this beautiful young lady whose father was well respected in the community!

On our wedding night, she sat on the bed and was crying. And I thought to myself that she was shy. So I told her not to be afraid or worry, that we will get used to each other.

She said: "no, that is not what makes me cry. I am crying because I am pregnant from zina (fornication)".

I didn't know what to do. If I exposed her, the respect her father enjoys will be gone. The community will disrespect the entire family.

So I decided to conceal the sin and look into my own faults. And I said may Allāh forgive me and her, and I did one thing.

I let her remain in my house but kept her in a different room, until she delivered.

After her delivery, I asked her to give me the baby and I will bring him to her.

So, I took the baby to the masjid I pray during salātul fajr. That fateful day, I went late deliberately.

I put the baby where I could see him and I joined the congregation.

When the Imām terminated the salāh, and the people were leaving, the congregants screamed: "astagfirullāh! Someone left a baby! SubhānaLlāh!"

I jumped there and I said "O my God, my wife had always desired to raise an orphan. Give the baby to me, we will raise him"

So I took the baby home to my wife and said to her: "I will never tell your story to anyone" .

But I am only telling you (the Imām who asked) because I want to be next to Allāh's messenger in Jannah.

Dear Readers, if you conceal someone's fault, Allāh may reward you like this.

Can you be this man?

The Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم said:

1. If you love Paradise then love for your brother what you love for yourself.” (Musnad Aḥmad 16219)

2. One cannot win over a persons heart with wealth but he can with a smile and good manners. (Bukhari)

The art of being wise is knowing what to overlook.

When those who have wronged you want to sincerely make amends and re-enter your life, allow them. The better person is always the one with the forgiving heart.

Oh Allah, make us of those who love for your sake, make us of those who forgives easily and make us of those who follow and portray the character of our noble guide, Muhammad (saw) 🌺

SILENCE WILL SAVE YOU

Every human being is born with a pre-destined ‘word-count’. Just as our provisions, our actions, our lifespan, and our fate in the hereafter are written, so too is the number of words we utter above the ground.

Allāh says in the Qur’ān:
مَّا يَلْفِظُ مِن قَوْلٍ إِلَّا لَدَيْهِ رَقِيبٌ عَتِيدٌ
“Man does not utter a single word without an observer.”
(Al-Qur’ān, 50:18)

Words by their nature, can have contrasting effects. They can be memorable but also forgotten, they can enact change but also have no influence, and they can be a cause for a person’s eternal salvation but also their eternal damnation.

The Prophet (sall Allāhu ʿalayhi wa sallam) said:
“A person utters a word thoughtlessly (i.e. without thinking about it being good or not) and, as a result of this, he will fall down into the fire of Hell deeper than the distance between the east and the west.”
(Bukhāri and Muslim)

Imam Nawawi elaborates:
“Every legally responsible person should refrain from saying anything except when there is a clear advantage to speaking. Whenever speaking and not speaking are of equal benefit, it is sunnah to remain silent, for permissible speech easily leads to that which is unlawful or offensive, as actually happens much or even most of the time — and there is no substitute for safety.”

Therefore, remember you are being examined. Make it incumbent upon yourself, to speak only when your words are more beneficial than your silence. A rush of blood is not an excuse to speak excessively, and thus inappropriately.

Take the advice of our Prophet (sall Allāhu ʿalayhi wa sallam):
مَنْ صَمَتَ نَجَا
“Whoever is silent is saved.”
(Al-Tirmidhi)

Silence can save a person from slander, gossip, lying, backbiting, and swearing among other sins. Once the tongue utters the word, and those in your surroundings have been harmed, then begins the begging of forgiveness and feeling of regret.

As Umar ibn Al-Khattab said:
“I have never regretted my silence, as for my speech I’ve regretted it many times.”

Protect humanity from your tongue by exercising silence, your hereafter depends upon it.

🤲 May Allah busy our tongues with His remembrance, with His Quran and with what gains His pleasure and keep us away from idle talk and that which gains His wrath - Allahumma ameen!

*DON'T FORGET ALLAH ﷻ*
➖➖➖
*If You Then Away From The Remembrance of Allah ﷻ..*
➖➖➖
Allah ﷻ says in Surah Al-Hashr

_And be not like those who forgot Allah, and He caused them to forget themselves._

Meaning, do not forget the remembrance of Allah ﷻ otherwise, He will make you forget to perform the good deeds that benefit you in your return, because the recompense is equated with the action.

_They are those who are rebellious_.
[59:19]
_
And among the rotten fruits of forgetting Allah ﷻ in this Dunya, is Him ﷻ making people forget to do good deeds and distances them away from it And further, among the rotten fruits spawned from that punishment,
Allah ﷻ says

_And whoever is away from my remembrance, then indeed for him is a depressed life._

_And we will gather him on the day of Judgement blind._

_He will say "My Lord! Why have you raised my blind whilst I was once seeing?"_

_He (Allah) will say "Like that our Ayaat came to you and you forgot them, so like that you will be forgotten today"_
[20:124-126]
_
Coming back to the next ayah of Surah Al-Hashr which is about the Comparison between People of Jannah and People of Jahannam.

_Not equal are the people of the fire and the people of paradise_

Meaning, they are not equal in terms of judgement before Allah.

_The people of Paradise are those who are successful!_
[59:20]
Meaning, they are those who will earn safety from the torment of Allah ﷻ.
_
Reflect!
Are we of those who forget Allah ﷻ often?! Or do we remember Allah ﷻ often?
Which of the two parties will we deserve to be gathered with on Qiyamah?
People of Jannah?
Or People of Naar?
_
The only way to be successful is by worshipping Allah ﷻ, being obedient and having consciousness and fear of Allah ﷻ!
_
Ya Ibn Adam! Where are you headed in the hereafter, what have you done to earn Jannah?
_
Ya Ibn Adam! Don't forget Allah, lest He ﷻ forgets you on the day you are in need of his mercy most!
Turn back to Allah ﷻ before it's too late..
*Repent*

I HAVE COMMITTED A "BILLION" SINS OR MAY BE "MORE" 🥺

ALLAHU"AKBAR

ANSWER:~ Narrated Abu Huraira radiallaahu anhu: Allaah's Messenger sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam said, "Whoever says, "SubhaanAllaahi wa Bihamdihi", hundred (100) times a Day, will be forgiven all his sins even if they were as much as the foam of the SEA".

SUBHANALLAH!

Bukhari # 8:414

𝘼𝘽𝙐 𝘿𝙐𝙅𝘼𝙉𝘼 𝘼𝙉𝘿 𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝘿𝘼𝙏𝙀 𝙋𝘼𝙇𝙈.

Abu Dujana used to be in Fajr prayer behind the Holy Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, but he did not nearly finish his prayer until he left the masjid in a hurry, so this caught the attention of the Holy Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, so he stopped him one day and asked him, saying:
O Abu Dujana, do you not have a need with ALlāh?
Abu Dujana said: Yes, O Messenger of ALlāh, and I cannot do without him for the blink of an eye.

Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said:
Then why don't you wait until you conclude the prayer with us and supplicate to ALlāh for what you want?

Abu Dujana said:
The reason for this is that I have a Jewish neighbor who has a palm tree with its branches in the bowl of my house, so if the wind blows at night, it drops its moisture with me, so you see me leaving the mosque in a hurry to collect that wet and return it to its owner before my children wake up, so they eat from it while they are hungry.

And I swear to you, O Messenger of ALlāh Muhammad ﷺ:
That I saw one of my children chewing a date of this wet, so I put my finger in his throat and pulled it out before he swallowed it,

And when my son cried, I said to him: Are you not ashamed of me standing before ALlāh as a thief?

When Abu Bakr heard what Abu Dujana said, he went to the Jew and bought the date palm from him and gave it to Abu Dujana and his children.

And when the Jew learned the truth of the matter, he quickly gathered his children and his family, and went with them to the Prophet, announcing their entry into Islām.

Abu Dujana was afraid that his children would eat from the palm of a Jew and not a Muslim, so what about someone who eats the money of millions of Muslims and says he is wise!!

This was how they were, advocates of their attitudes stemming from their deep faith, and their high-end dealings, which are a reflection of their faith in Islām and Almighty ALlāh.

THE DAILY ISLAMIC REMINDERS. Yaum Al-Khamis, 26th day of Swafar 1444AH. (Thursday, 22nd of September 2022).
*_ARE YOU IN ANY STRESS OR IN ANY TROUBLE? ALWAYS REMEMBER THE DUA OF PROPHET YUNUS ALAIHI SALAAM WHEN HE WAS IN TROUBLE_*. BismilLah.

If you study the Seerah or story of Prophet Yunus alaihi Salaam in Qur'an 21:87, you will understand what happened to him when he tried to run away from his duties as a Prophet of ALLAH due to anger of his people not listening to his daawah but what is important to the reminder today is what happened to him finally when he was in trouble when the big fish swallowed him.

In Qur'an 21:88, ALLAH says
So ALLAH responded to him and saved him from the distress. And thus do ALLAH save the believers.
means, `ALLAH brought him forth from the belly of the fish and from that darkness.'

The leader of all Prophets sallallahu alaihi wasallam encouraged us to call upon ALLAH with these words which are;
There is none worthy of worship except YOU, ALLAH, Glorified be YOU! Truly, I have been of the wrongdoers.
The Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alaiyhi wassallam said;
No Muslim ever prays to his Lord with these words for anything, but HE will answer his prayer." DID YOU HEAR THAT? ALLAHU AKBAR.

*_May ALLAH aid us to implement whatever we study sincerely and may HE answer our dua with HIS MERCY_*. Aameen.
