Leadership is About people:

The focus of leadership is the leader, and the guide of the leader is the people, everything the leader does is to bring the people to their place of excellence and accomplishment. That is the roadmap they must work with to accomplish their purpose.

The leader must first recognise the significance and commitment of trusting himself to lead himself in the right direction, build confidence and charisma that is both attractive and persuasive, and manage and continuously polish a character that others can trust, to go a long way.

The leader must have a third eye that no one sees but catches a glimpse of where they desire to go.
The leader must protect and respect the faith and confidence that the people put in them to bring them to a place of accomplishment and not disappointment.

The leader must make an effort to know the way by being bold and tenacious to take the risk of going ahead in everything the oversaw desires to accomplish, to lead them through the way to the place they desire to be.

The leader is the assurance of accomplishment that the people see, and he must always sacrifice his ambition for them; he must make their success his win.

As a leader, if you don't learn to separate yourself from the distractions of the title, the distractions will separate you from the people.
