Mentor Her To Greatness Program is a three months transformative program designed to connect accomplished and influential women with young women across Africa who are seeking guidance and mentorship support to nevigate their personal, career and professional life!

Impact of the Mentor Her to Greatness Program

Since its inception in 2021, the Mentor Her to Greatness program has made a profound impact on the lives of young women across Africa.

Through its transformative mentorship model, the program has empowered participants with the confidence, skills, and networks needed to lead, excel, and make meaningful contributions in their communities and careers.

• Over 500 young women have been mentored through the program, benefiting from one-on-one and group mentorship, practical training, and exposure to real-world opportunities.

• Ovet 500 mentees from 10 African countries successfully graduated from the four cohorts, setting a precedent for cross-border collaboration and shared growth.

• Many mentees have gone on to secure scholarships, fellowships, and employment, while others have launched impactful projects, started NGOs, and entered leadership roles in their communities.

• The program has enhanced mentees' self-confidence, leadership capacity, and career clarity, with numerous participants reporting significant improvements in public speaking, goal-setting, and decision-making.

• Through its internship/volunteer phase, mentees gained hands-on experience, building practical skills and expanding their professional networks.

• The establishment of the Mentor Her to Greatness Network has created a growing community of changemakers who continue to support one another, collaborate on initiatives, and champion gender equality and youth empowerment across Africa.

The lasting impact of the program lies not just in individual success stories, but in the ripple effects—each mentee becomes a role model and change agent, multiplying the program's influence across sectors borders
