In our Whatsapp community, it has been a wonderful 2 months + with our sisters, building together and bonding as a family.

We just took a little step towards our professional outlook, although a lot are still yet to be put in place to be a professional body.

✅ We still need a logo
✅ We still need a slogan
✅ We still need to be registered with CAC
✅ We still need to create a proper leadership structure

And so much more to be done.
Yet, I am not afraid nor panicking.

We will surely attain all these and more ✨🤭🎉

Not consistent over here but over there...

I mean, post is not made consistently (every day, week or month) or per a particular time table over here, but it is a home on our Whatsapp platform and there is a reason.

Every post made here carries a promise that it will be seen by someone 15 years from now, and it will still feel like it was written that very day they read it because words don't sour like an overstayed food.

And that's why, we are intentional with every word we keep here, so it matters to the heart that reads it and brings some sort of comfort when read.

We are re-writing a narrative that says "women can't be together without fighting with each other", of course there will be misunderstandings but tell me where misunderstandings don't exist...

We are not gathered together to make our hurt and those that hurt us the subject of discussion, that doesn't help but further does more harm.

We are together to discuss Christ and his love for us, how it frees us and liberates us from whatever that aches us.

We are together to discuss our importance in shaping the future and how it affects our today.

We are together to hold each other's hands as we try to navigate life and everything it comes with.
