CYBER SAFE AWARENESS CAMPAIGN BY IBITAYO TAIWO FOUNDATION

The Ibitayo Taiwo Foundation recently took its CyberSafe Awareness Campaign to Noble Heights Academy, engaging students in an enlightening and interactive session on digital safety and responsible online behavior.

The visit forms part of the Foundation’s ongoing commitment to promoting digital literacy and safeguarding young people against the growing risks associated with internet use. Students and faculty warmly received the team, creating an atmosphere of enthusiasm and open dialogue throughout the session.

During the engagement, representatives of the Ibitayo Taiwo Foundation educated students on key topics including cyberbullying, online privacy, digital footprints, social media responsibility, and the dangers of online scams. Through practical examples and relatable scenarios, the speakers emphasized the importance of critical thinking, safe password practices, and protecting personal information online.

EDUCATIONAL VISIT TO EFCC ACADEMY.

We are pleased to inform you that pupils and students of Noble Heights Academy, on Wednesday 25th June, 2025, had the opportunity to visit the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) Academy in Karu for an orientation session on Crimes and Anti-Corruption.

Participants in this enriching experience included members of the Red Cross Society, Girls’ Guide, and Boys’ Scout.

The session exposed our learners to:

▫️The importance of integrity and transparency in society

▫️The dangers and consequences of criminal activities

▫️The vital role young people can play in promoting a corruption-free nation

▫️The operations and impact of the EFCC in maintaining law and order

Such visits are crucial in shaping responsible, law-abiding citizens and instilling values that align with national development goals.

We are proud of our pupils & students’ participation and commend their excellent conduct throughout the visit.
