Pemgo College of Business & Management Studies Pemgo College is a National Diploma and Higher National Diploma awarding Institution offering programmes in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Administration and Public Administration.

Pemgo College of Business and Management Studies is a newly approved higher institution by National Board for Technical Education and Federal Ministry of Education.


The institution is located at Orozo Karu Local Government Council of Nasarrawa State. The institution is presenting to you an investment opportunity to own at least a room self contain in the college lodge which is located directly opposite the campus.

The property, if you subscribe and complete all the terms and conditions is completely yours. The property may be rented directly yourself to the students or alternatively, you may allow the college in its best capacity do so in your stead and hence remit the money to you.

A room self-contain goes out for the price of N1,750,000( one million seven hundred and fifty thousand naira). The college will allow you to make an initial deposit of N350,000( three hundred and fifty thousand naira) while development of the structure is ongoing.

The balance of N1,400,000( one million four hundred thousand naira) will be spread across 12 months. Allocation document over the land will be bestowed upon you ( the landlord) on completion of the structure and complete payment as well, within the stipulated period.
