*2025 CULTURAL DAY BLAST: CSA STUDENTS BUZZ IN FUN MEMORIES* .
It was a day to remember as CSA marked Nigeria's 65th independence anniversary with a breathtaking annual Cultural Day event.
Customarily, the whole school was delineated into Nigeria's six geo-political zones of North-East, North-West, North-Central, South-East, South-West and South-South respectively with each staff and student belonging to a zone. The zones had taken some time to prepare and rehearse for the day.
On the D-day, the various zones displayed dances, playlets, costumes and food that portrayed their various cultures and traditions. Parents actively supported their wards in costuming and preparation of traditional cuisines. Selected parents also served as judges to determine the best zone for the year.
The event was crowned with a fashion parade which produced Habeebulahi Atoyebi as Mr. CSA and Aisha Barkindo as Miss CSA for the 2025/2026 academic session.
Declaring the programme open earlier, the Principal/CEO, Alh. Bunuyaminu Bello Yero stressed the importance of students having the awareness of their heritage through such events. The Principal noted that since most of the students reside away from their local communities, the school finds it necessary to expose them to their cultures through such events as this and expressed appreciation to all the parents for finding time to grace the occasion and support their children.
The memories of the 2025 Cultural Day celebration would linger in the minds of the students for a long time.
