In building an effective interpersonal relationship, integrity is often found to be one of the core foundational elements between a leader and his team members. Yet, people are rarely angry for the reason they tell you.

Employees are seldom dissatisfied with the reason they state.

Much is never discussed except the frivolities.


When do we draw the line? Knowing that the trap of deception is deadly, it begins when you deceive yourself, then those around you, it won't take long before the deceptive character begins to reflect in your Business/brand.
