DECLARATION OF INTENT
RECONNECT. REBUILD. REPOSITION.
Fellow members of the FCE Abeokuta 2009 Set,
Seventeen years have taken us through different cities, careers, families and journeys, but one thing remains: WE ARE 2009.
We came from different departments, but we graduated as ONE SET, ONE FAMILY, with a shared history and a future we can still build together.
It is in this spirit that I have offered myself to serve as Coordinator of our 2009 Set Alumni Association.
I am not the candidate of any department, bloc or faction. I am a candidate for every member of our Set. My focus is not on old divisions, but on building a Set where everyone feels connected, valued and proud to belong.
MY AGENDA: R.I.S.E.
🔹 RECONNECT — Find our people, strengthen our bonds and ensure no member is left behind.
🔹 INNOVATE — Use technology to improve communication, participation and feedback, regardless of distance.
🔹 STRENGTHEN — Harness our professions, businesses, talents and experiences through networking, mentorship and collaboration.
🔹 EMPOWER — Strengthen welfare and build transparent, accountable leadership where every member is heard and valued.
OUR GREATEST ASSET IS OUR PEOPLE.
I am not promising perfection, but purposeful leadership, genuine service, openness and teamwork.
Let us move beyond the labels that divide us and embrace what unites us.
NOT ONE DEPARTMENT.
NOT ONE BLOC.
NOT ONE INDIVIDUAL.

Our story did not end in 2009.
