Dr. Mrs. Ayodele Otunaiya Ayo Bola Otunaiya served as Sabbatical staff in MAPOLY and a short Sendforth ceremony was hosted to honour her impact and great input to the development of MAPOLY Art School on 27th March, 2026.

She made a great mark in the lives of both the staff and students of the department within the 12-month period.

MAPOLY Rewards Dedication, Immortalizes Pioneer Head, Art & Industrial Design Department, Late Olayemi Bello, Others In a strategic move to recognize and reward dedication to service, the Authorities of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta has unveiled a building named in honour of the Pioneer Head of Department, Art & Industrial Design, Late Mr. Olayemi Azeem Bello.

In a giant step taken few months ago to honour the pioneer HoD of the Department of Art and Industrial Design, Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta, the management led by Arc. Dr. Adekoyejo Jolaoso approved the naming of the Departmental Studios as Yemi Bello Studios.
In appreciation of this recognition and the need to create awareness of this news, we are inviting you to the Ceremonial unveiling of Yemi Bello Studios, this January 30th, 2026
