Topic: DO NOT GIVE UP WAITING

Have you been waiting for your director to call on you to come lead but already tired of waiting because it has been years?

Or have you been leading before but suddenly, it looks as if there is no relevance in your presence in the group anymore?

Well, just thank God you are reading this now.

That’s Lord Jesus our creator, creator of both heaven and earth talking to Mary his mother, telling her the importance of time. You see, you have to know that there is time for everyone on the planet Earth and have heard people say “Opportunity comes but once” That’s a big lie, opportunity will always come, just that anytime the opportunity comes and it doesn’t meet you ready, it might take a long time before it comes back.

There is always a time of waiting, that’s the time you prune yourself. That’s the time you work on yourself, waiting for that chance to come and when it does, please let it meet your maturity. Don’t take it as a time of competition or a time to be praised, nor a time to prove that others who have been working, you are better than them. Be mature and learn from others who have been ministering before you. There was a time they too were waiting for their time. A time will come to be that Nathaniel Bassey, Don Moen, Dunsin Oyekan, Tim Godfrey, and every praise and worship leader we know and praise now, time will pass away and another time will come. So never give up waiting. Allow that fire to burn you, it is for your own good. You are on your way to becoming GOLD. Your TIME IS COMING AND IT’S ALREADY KNOCKING.

BEGINNERS TRAINING. PART 1

Well, let me start by saying this. There are 3 things you have to put in your mind before you start. You must set three essential foundations before you open the door to train yourself vocally. This is one thing that 99% Vocal Coach don't talk about and it always have a great effect in their lives.

Every vocalist must start their vocal training from the stage of TALKING. Beginners don't start from the level of singing to become perfect. They start from the level of talking. Talking is a natural thing you do everyday but without the knowledge that whatever style you use while talking is the same style, you will use while singing.

Number 1 of it is

TALKLESS.
A vocalist must respect their voice. There are times you make your talking expensive. The rest your vocal folds, to relax them. It is also have another effect just like when you sleep. It is not everything you interfere in.

TALK PERFECT
Whenever you are talking, make sure your pronunciation are correct, if not you will cause a whole lot problems for yourself while singing. Let your words be correct. This is where DICTION start from in vocal training. If you are the type that called God, Guard; then be ready for same trouble while singing. There is more to this but will be address later and last but not the least is;

TALK RIGHT
Imagine talking with someone in front of you as if he is miles away. talk with the right volume. Else you end up shouting while singing.
