APPRECIATION MESSAGE FROM THE EXECUTIVES, AGSOSA 2009 SET

Dear Esteemed Members of AGSOSA 2009 Set,

We wish to sincerely appreciate every member of our great association for the tremendous commitment, cooperation and enthusiasm demonstrated so far towards the forthcoming 17th Year Reunion & Thanksgiving.

We particularly encouraged by the progress being made by the Planning Committee and the willingness of members to contribute towards making this celebration a memorable one. Your financial contributions, ideas, encouragement and preparations are all valuable to the success of this important occasion.

As we count down to the reunion, We kindly appeal to all members who are yet to make their contributions to do so on or before the 15th September 2026 deadline. Your prompt payment will enable the Planning Committee to conclude arrangements for logistics, reunion vests, identification cards, refreshments and other necessary aspects of the programme.

This reunion is more than just a gathering; it is an opportunity to reconnect with old friends, celebrate our journey, appreciate God's faithfulness and strengthen the bond that has existed among us since our school days.

Ogunbayo Joins Smart City Technical Committee Ahead Of New NNL Season

Abiodun Ogunbayo has been appointed as a member of the Smart City Football Club Technical Committee for the 2026/27 football season, as the Lagos-based club strengthens its technical structure ahead of the new Nigeria National League campaign.

The appointment, which takes immediate effect, places Ogunbayo in an advisory and performance-monitoring role, working alongside the Head Coach and technical crew to support the club's technical objectives.

According to the appointment letter signed by the club's Chief Operating Officer, Betiku Seun, Ogunbayo will be involved in monitoring and evaluating player performances during training sessions and competitive matches.

He will also assess the players' technical, tactical and physical performances, while providing constructive recommendations to the technical crew.

His responsibilities will further include conducting pre-match and post-match analysis, identifying strengths, weaknesses and areas requiring improvement, as well as supporting player development by identifying individual talents and specific coaching needs.

The committee will also recommend appropriate technical, tactical and developmental interventions where necessary.

Smart City stressed that the Technical Committee will operate strictly in an advisory and performance-monitoring capacity, working collaboratively with the Head Coach and technical crew without undermining their operational authority.

Ogunbayo is expected to bring his knowledge and experience to the assignment as the club continues preparations for the 2026/27 season.

With his background also extending into sports journalism, his knowledge of football communication could potentially prove useful to the club's media activities. However, his official appointment at this stage is strictly as a member of the Technical Committee, according to the letter.

The appointment represents another step in Smart City's preparations for the new NNL campaign, with the club looking to strengthen its technical processes, improve player development and raise its competitive standards.

For Ogunbayo, the immediate task is clear: observe, analyse, advise and contribute to the technical growth of Smart City FC throughout the new season.

Dear Esteemed Members,

Warm greetings to all members of the Anglican Grammar School Okenla Old Students Association (AGSOSA), 2009 Set.

As preparations intensify for our 17th Year Reunion and Thanksgiving, the Planning Committee is pleased to present the approved contribution structure to ensure a successful, memorable, and well-organised event.

Contribution Breakdown

1. General Members – ₦30,000 per Member

This contribution covers reunion logistics, event refreshments, souvenirs, and other operational expenses.

Package Includes:

- 👕 Reunion Vest – ₦7,000
- 🪪 Official ID Card – ₦3,000
- 🎉 Event Logistics & Other Expenses – ₦20,000

2. Planning Committee Members – ₦50,000 per Member

In demonstrating leadership and commitment to the success of the reunion, members of the Planning Committee will contribute ₦50,000 each.
