✅ The exercises recorded an impressive turnout and marked a strong start to academic activities.

⚠️ Students who missed the verification or orientation are advised to report to campus immediately to complete their verification and begin attending lectures.

2025/2026 Student Orientation and Verification Exercise

To: All Newly Admitted Students (UICTO)
Date: January 4, 2026

Compliments of the season to our newly admitted students. The Management of UICTO is pleased to announce the Compulsory Student Verification and Orientation Exercise for the 2025/2026 academic session. All freshers are required to participate in this exercise as scheduled below.

📅 Schedule and Venue:

Date: Monday, 5th January – Friday, 9th January 2026

Time: 9:00 AM Prompt (Daily)

Venue: Ministry of Tertiary Education, Vocational Training Centre, Centenary City, Abakaliki, Ebonyi State.

📒 Required Documentation:
Students must present the following documents, neatly arranged in the order listed below:
1. JAMB Offer of Admission
2. UICTO Offer of Admission
3. Post-UTME Receipt
4. Acceptance Letter
5. Acceptance Letter Receipt
6. JAMB Result Slip
7. Original Certificates:
O’ Level Result (or equivalent)
First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC)
8. Birth Certificate or Statutory Declaration of Age
9. Local Government Identification Letter
10. National Identification Number (NIN) Slip or ID Card
11. NELFUND Registration Print-out Slip
12. Two (2) Passport Photographs

Note!!!
1. Those that have not uploaded their credentials or have not paid acceptance fees, must do that before the verification date.

2. Get all your original credentials/documents ready and come with your laptop.

3. Make two copies of these credentials/documents for the verification exercise before you travel for Christmas,

4. Make your private arrangement for transportation, accommodation and feeding for the number of days the exercise will last.
