In year 2011, I met a boy in JSS 1 who could not write the 26 English Alphabets correctly not to talk of assimilating what I was teaching him or make a complete sentence correctly in speech or even in writing.
The problem if you ask me was the BASICS,at LINAPS we ensure that no child is left out in class.
