There is a lot about what Ai has done to the job market, but one thing it hasn't done is this: it has not made skills irrelevant. It has raised the floor.
You see the works that used to be acceptable? The basic graphic, the average copy, the surface level analysis etc, clients can now get that from a tool for free.
So if that is all you are offering, the conversation ends before it starts.
Currently ,the demand for people who can think, create with intention and solve problems that AI cannot frame on it own has never been higher.
The answer is not to fear AI. It is to outgrow the version of yourself that AI can replace.
Build deeper competence.
Learn to use AI to amplify what you already do well.
Become the kind of person who solves problems, not just completes tasks.
That is what GenZ Leverage Tech is here to help you become

There's a trap many people fall into when entering tech. It looks like productivity, feels like progress and gives a sense of achievement. That trap is the certificate illusion.
You take a course, you get a certificate. It feels like progress. Then you take another, then another and another. Before long, you have a stack of credentials and ironically, very little real-world ability.
It feels good because certificates give you closure. You started something, you finished it, you have proof, but tech doesn't reward completion, it rewards competence.
A certificate can open a door, but only your skills will keep you in the room.
The problem isn't certificates. The problem is mistaking them for the destination. Too many people are collecting credentials instead of building capability, then wondering why the opportunities aren't coming.
Employers don't pay for paper. Clients don't pay for paper. They pay for results and results come from people who have actually done the work.
So before you register for another course, ask yourself: what have I built? What problem have I solved? What can I show?
Build the skill first. Stack the certificates after if you want, but never confuse the trophy with the training.

Yesterday’s webinar wasn’t flashy, but it revealed something most people ignore.
Skill isn’t the real advantage anymore.
Positioning is.
The communities you join and the people you get in front of will accelerate or limit your success.

Just so you know…..
AI is not slowing down and neither are the people using it.
The latest round of AI updates has made it possible for a single person to do the work of an entire small team from design to writing to research even analysis and programming….
However, this is not a threat rather, It is an invitation. One you have to take up.
The question is not whether AI will change your field, cos it already has. The question is whether you are changing with it.
Tonight we dive into deep topics of growing your skills as the next update takes place, cos its not slowing down.

We have been in meetings.
Not the kind where everyone nods and nothing gets decided — the kind where things actually get planned, debated and locked in.
The GenZ Leverage Tech team is working hard behind the scenes to bring you more value — better webinar experiences, richer content and a community that genuinely helps you grow in tech.
We cannot share everything just yet. But we are excited. And we think you will be too.
Watch this space.

Here is the honest truth about getting your first high paying client in tech:
They will not find you. Your portfolio will.
Before the money comes, the work has to exist. Take the small jobs. Offer value for free where it makes sense. Collect recommendations from people who can vouch for your competence.
Every piece of work you do right now is an investment in the version of you that commands premium rates.
Start building. The clients will come.

Most people are waiting to feel ready before they put themselves out there.
The problem is that feeling never comes on its own — it is built through action, not preparation.
You do not need to be perfect. You need to be in motion. Start learning, start showing up, start building. The competence follows.
GenZ Leverage Tech exists for exactly this moment — when you know you want more but are not sure you are ready yet. You are. Let us help you get there.

The struggle is real 😭
Graphics? Copywriting? Data analysis? Web dev? Forex? Python?
Everyone says learn a skill. Nobody tells you how to pick one.
Here is the answer — start with what already interests you. Competence follows curiosity.
We teach all of the above at GenZ Leverage Tech. Link in bio to get in the room.

One of the most important lessons from our first webinar and it is simple enough to fit in two lines.
Stop approaching rooms, relationships and opportunities with an extraction mindset. The people who build the most meaningful networks in tech are the ones who show up ready to give first.
Value for value. That is the standard

After the session yesterday, people left the room thinking differently.
Alex Ndubuisi did not come to lecture — he came to have a real conversation about how relationships actually work in tech spaces. And the room felt it.
We are grateful. More conversations like this are coming.
