A new voice took the floor. 🎤

Day 2, facilitator 2, Mrs. Ajah Modesta delivered a masterclass in modern classroom strategies. Sharp, practical, unforgettable.

"Teaching Beyond the Classroom" isn't just a theme. It's a standard.

🎤 "YOUR WELFARE IS NOT NEGOTIABLE." These were the words that opened Day 2.

Before any session began, our Director, Dr. (Mrs.) Joy Nkeiruka Ochuba stood before the OLISA family, not to give instructions, but to give thanks.

“Thank you for showing up. Thank you for choosing to grow”

Then came the promise that mattered most: quality education isn't built on classrooms alone; it's built on teachers who are seen, supported, and valued. Better conditions. Better welfare. A staff room where excellence is protected, not just expected.

This is what it looks like when leadership leads with heart. 👏

DAY 2

🎙️ "The Heart of an Exceptional Teacher"

Our Principal, Mr. Ikah Ifeanyi Agha, opened Day 2 of the Teachers' Professional Development Workshop with a session that went straight to the soul of the profession, reminding every teacher in the room that excellence isn't just taught, it's felt.

His words cut deep: "Teaching is not just a job — it's a calling."

Beyond the lesson plans and the syllabi lies something deeper: a heart that genuinely cares for the child in front of it. That was the message. That was the moment.

Just when we thought we had seen enough, Day 2 came beckoning. It arrived bigger and better.

The ambience of the hall, the scintillating Teachers' attire, the eloquence of the facilitators, the Award presentation, games, entertainment and of course the meal, were nothing short of SPECTACULAR 🔥

We couldn't have asked for more 😆 ❤️

While some slumbered, we stayed up to make sure we give you the best academic service.

When you build the builders, they build the Nation, not buildings.

May your week be as beautiful as our team 😍❤️

Happy New Week from our team of exceptional educators 😃😁

Who said Workshops can't be fun? 😄

Day 1 of our Teachers' Professional Development Workshop just got a whole lot livelier.

Our teachers took a break from serious sessions to catch a trend and let loose! Because a team that laughs together, teaches better together. 🎶

Michael Jackson, Poco Lee and Purple Speed would be proud of these moves 😆

Make sure you watch to the end 🔚

Behind every well-run school is a teacher who knows how to keep the records straight. 📂✍️

Day 1 of our teachers' workshop wrapped up with Mr. Obasi Chisom, our Primary School Head Teacher with over a decade of classroom experience, taking staff through the essentials of RECORD KEEPING. From tracking progress to preserving accountability, this session reminded us that great teaching isn't just felt in the classroom, it's documented too.

At Our Lady International School's, excellence is organized, not accidental. 💫
