Last weekend, the Impart for Impact Conference 2026, convened by Justified Foundation, was powerfully impactful as Apostle Abraham Idiong ministered as the Guest Minister on the theme Position for Purpose.

In his session, Apostle Idiong The chancellor of Maximum Impact leadership Academy emphasized that purpose is the original reason for existence. He explained that purpose is not accidental and that no life is created merely to increase population. According to him, every individual is an expectation of God’s will, designed to reveal divine intent through assignment and responsibility.

Teaching from Genesis chapter two verses five and fifteen and Esther chapter four verses twelve to fourteen, he highlighted that God deliberately positions people. He stressed that remaining outside one’s God given environment is remaining outside one’s life, noting that while individuals may not choose their environment, they must discover it. He challenged participants to always ask what responsibility is attached to their current location and season.

Apostle Idiong defined purpose as the specific Kingdom role a person has been mandated to play, describing it as the duty, assignment, and solution an individual was created to deliver. He further explained that purpose is the total impact placed on a life for the benefit of others. He warned that lack of understanding of one’s role makes effective functioning and alignment with divine intention difficult.

He outlined key reasons God positions people, which include Kingdom impact, Kingdom influence, providing answers to human problems, bringing clarity to confused destinies, delivering captives, and establishing truth within an environment.

The session was marked by deep insight, clarity, and renewed alignment as participants were charged to stop drifting and begin functioning intentionally in their God assigned positions.

Apostle Abraham Idiong, the Chancellor of the Maximum Impact Leadership Academy, once again set a new tone for visionary thinking as he delivered a compelling keynote speech at the official inauguration of the Youth Slot Organisation, themed Empowering Youth, Fostering Inclusive Participation in Governance. The event, held at the historic Abak Independence Hall on the 22nd of November, 2025, drew young leaders, stakeholders, and voices eager for transformation.

In his address titled Youth Empowerment and Leadership Development, Apostle Idiong redefined the true meaning of the future, describing it as the harvest of today, the natural outcome of the habits, choices, and discipline we apply daily. He reminded the audience that leadership is not found in titles, positions, or social elevation; it is housed in mindset. According to him, a man becomes a leader not because of the office he occupies but because of the way he thinks, decides, and acts when no one is applauding.

He highlighted why many in this generation find leadership development difficult: it demands consistency, sacrifice, and the willingness to break old patterns. He emphasized that the future does not suddenly appear; it grows from what you repeatedly do, from the habits you allow and the discipline you cultivate. In his words, “Your future is not a mystery — it is the harvest of your daily habits.”

The session was a bold call to responsibility, urging young people to rise above excuses, seek growth intentionally, and position themselves for meaningful participation in governance and nation-building. The Chancellor’s message left the hall charged with inspiration, clarity, and renewed commitment from every youth present.

The Chancellor of Maximum Impact Organisation, a platform known for raising prominent leaders, held an eye-opening leadership training for the Prefects of Church of Jesus Christ Comprehensive Secondary School, Otoro Abak.

The topic was: “Overcoming Leadership Challenges.”

The session addressed some common misconceptions about leadership, such as the belief that leaders are only born, or that leadership is based on titles or spiritual impartation. Students were challenged to understand that true leadership starts from within — from how you think and who you are.

The Chancellor emphasized that the real difference between a leader and a follower is attitude — not position.

> “Your attitude controls how you see yourself, why you believe you exist, and whether or not your life will make an impact,” he said.

The session also explored key principles of leadership — stressing that leadership is not a method or title, but a personal journey of discovery, service, and self-expression.

The prefects left challenged, inspired, and more aware of their responsibility as young leaders.
