A Note of Gratitude and Welcome
"As I was with Moses, so I will be with you; I will never leave you nor forsake you. Be strong and courageous, because you will lead these people to inherit the land I swore to their ancestors to give them."
— Joshua 1:5-6 (NIV)
"The function of leadership is to produce more leaders, not more followers."
— Ralph Nader
We wish to use this medium to express our profound gratitude to God Almighty for all He has done for us as individuals and as an institution.
We are especially grateful for the gift of Rev. Fr. Dr. Hilary Okwunalu, who has served the school diligently and worked tirelessly. He has significantly improved the standard of this institution to the excellent level it currently enjoys. Fr. Hilary is a worthy servant whom we will continue to remember alongside all the past Managers of SMGC. Dear Fr. Hilary, you have fought a good fight and truly ran the race to the finish. We pray that God, who sees all you have done and gone through, bless and reward you abundantly.
We wish to notify the public and the entire school community that Rev. Fr. Dr. Hilary Okwunalu now holds the title of Former Manager of SMGC, Abagana.
With great joy and anticipation, we officially welcome our New Manager, Rev. Fr. Charles Udegbe.
A capable successor is indeed an answered prayer, and we are confident that Rev. Fr. Charles Udegbe is exactly that. We will wholeheartedly give him all the support and prayers he needs and implore you to join us in this commitment. The work remains the same, as does our core mission and vision. There may be new ideas, all of which will be geared toward the continuous growth and development of the institution, especially concerning the formation of our girls—our princesses and our future.
Once again, Welcome to SMGC, Rev. Fr. Charles Udegbe.
