🎓 THIRD TERM IS WINDING DOWN… DEAR PARENTS, LET’S ASSESS RIGHT! 📚
— From Pace International Academy / Pace Seminary Secondary School

As we approach the end of the third term, it’s more than just the end of a session—it’s a strategic moment for every parent to reflect, assess, and plan. Academic excellence is not built overnight, and as a school, we deeply value your role as academic parents and partners.

📌 At Pace International Academy / Pace Seminary Secondary School, we believe that when schools and parents work together, students succeed better—academically, morally, and personally.

🧭 A Practical Guide for Our Esteemed Parents:

🔍 1. Look Beyond the Grades
Don’t just check the average. Ask yourself:
• What subjects did my child improve in?
• Where are they struggling?
• What learning habits are they building?

🎙️ 2. Engage in Open Dialogue
Sit with your child and ask questions like:
• “What subject did you enjoy this term?”
• “What challenges did you face?”
Let them know it’s a safe space to talk—without fear or blame.

🗂️ 3. Plan for Improvement Together
After reviewing their performance, help your child:
✔️ Celebrate their small wins
✔️ Set new goals
✔️ Identify steps to grow in weak areas
✔️ Build a timetable that works

📆 4. Use the Holiday Strategically
Yes, they deserve rest. But they also need structure. Encourage:
• Light academic revision
• Reading and educational games
• Assistance in weak subjects through tutors or home study
• A break from excessive screen time

🌱 5. Sustain the Momentum
Academic excellence thrives on routine. Help them:
• Manage their time
• Stay consistent with study habits
• Build confidence and responsibility
• Develop a passion for lifelong learning

💬 At Pace International Academy / Pace Seminary Secondary School, we are committed to seeing your child shine. Let’s not just end the term—let’s lay the foundation for a brighter new one.
