“The Child You Struggle with Today Might Be the Star You’ll Celebrate Tomorrow!”
Roadblocks are not stop signs. They are growth signs. At Nora-P International School, we don’t run from challenges, we rise through them, one child at a time.
📚 Real-Life Story: From Ignored to Inspiration 🌟
I noticed one of my teachers was always ignoring a child in class.
I got worried and asked her, “Why?”
She said, “Madam, teaching her is a herculean task!”
I told her gently:
“If you can ignite the light in that child, you don hammer be that!
That child’s parents will become our loudest advertisers, for free!”
That heart-to-heart changed everything.
What happened next?
The teacher started paying real attention to the girl.
She encouraged her, guided her… cheered her on.
Weeks later, that same child began helping others in class!
The teacher came back with joy:
“Madam, I’m amazed! She’s now one of my best!”
Don’t give up when it’s hard.
Tough moments make us grow.
Teachers grow by believing in every child.
We all become better when we face our hard parts, not run from them.

"This 3-Minute Habit Can Boost Your Child’s Confidence, Grades, and Happiness — All Before 7:30 AM!”
As a teacher, I’ve taught over kids of different behaviors.
But there was one little boy — 6 years old — who kept struggling to settle down in class.
No matter how much we taught, something always seemed missing.
I told his mom my observation.
Within a short period of time
everything changed.
I asked his mom what happened?
She told me:
“Every morning before school, I hug him tight, look into his eyes and say: I believe in you. Be kind. You are smart.”
Within one week, he:
Raised his hand more
Stopped hiding behind others
Scored 8/10 in spelling
I encourage every parent to keep to this habit, I assure you, they will behave well in class, be focused and regain their confidence
Say 3 sentences:
“I’m proud of you.”
“Today is a fresh start.”
“You can do hard things.”
Let your child say something too — even one word.
I’m not just a teacher — I run a school where children thrive.
I write content that transforms homes, classrooms, and parenting.
Let’s raise confident, kind, and high-achieving kids.

"How One Rule Changed The Confidence of a Learner in My Classroom"
“The day I stopped saying ‘Face front!’ was the day Tobe finally raised his hand.”
Tobe was that quiet child —
He never answered questions.
Never looked up.
Always mumbled.
One day I asked,
“Tobe, why don’t you talk in class?”
He whispered,
“Mrs Okorie , what if I’m wrong?”
That was my wake-up call.
The One Rule I Changed:
From: "Face front and be quiet!"
To: "Try, even if you’re wrong, we’re learning, not judging."
What Happened Next:
Tobe started smiling.
He whispered less.
He raised his hand more.
And by midterm, he was leading a reading group.

Do You Have a Restless Child in Your Classroom ?
" This child was always up, always loud, and always disrupting my class… until I gave him a badge."
Last term, I had a 5-year-old learner who just couldn't sit still.
He stood up during songs.
He wandered off during lessons.
He talked to himself during storytime.
Every teacher was tired.
But I wasn’t going to label him “naughty.”
No child wakes up and plans to be “difficult.”
So, I observed him closely.
And I noticed 3 things:
He loved helping me clean the board.
He liked arranging books.
He smiled when I called him “my strong helper.”
So I tried something different…
I Made Him My Class Helper for the Week.
It changed everything.
He arranged chairs before circle time.
He passed crayons and loved being called " P. A"
He reminded others to be quiet during storytime.
He stood tall — like someone who mattered.
And you know what? He did matter.
Here’s What You Can Do With a Restless Child:
Observe before you complain.
Redirect their energy into simple daily tasks.
Give them small responsibilities (e.g., pencil monitor, line leader).
Name the role: “Smart Helper”, “Peace Officer”, “Noise Checker.”
Celebrate little efforts.
Never mock or compare.
