1. Have I ever made a relevant public speech? (in front of strangers, within family doesn't count)
2. Have I already done long-term action for the planet?
3. Was I ever so proud of myself I was feeling unstoppable?
4. Have I ever really helped another person? (family doesn't count)
5. Have I ever excelled in something?
6. Have I ever built something?
7. Have I ever spent quality time with people much older than me and people much younger? (family...you know right)
8. Have I ever taught?
9. Have I ever spent time by myself in the wild
10. Have I ever listened to people I wouldn't grant credit from at first sight?
Answer honestly, don't cheat with yourself. If something doesn't come straight and clear to your mind then you didn't.
Now, don't calculate your score, I don't know who you are and nobody cares.
This is something you are doing for yourself. And if you got the point you should soon take action.
Otherwise, lucky you, you are dumb enough to always be happy in life.
