NaTIS offices in Windhoek and Swakopmund to offer weekend services

THE Roads Authority has announced that NaTIS offices in both Windhoek and Swakopmund will offer weekend services during November and December to improve service delivery and reduce congestion.

In Windhoek, the NaTIS Valley and NaTIS Tal Street offices will operate every Saturday and Sunday from 08:00 to 14:00 between 14 November and 14 December 2025, providing all NaTIS services.

Meanwhile, the Swakopmund NaTIS Centre will conduct vehicle roadworthy tests every Saturday from 15 November to 13 December 2025, between 09:00 and 14:00.

Clients with confirmed bookings will receive SMS notifications indicating the date and time to present their vehicles for inspection.

The Roads Authority said the initiative is intended to enhance accessibility, improve service delivery, and reduce congestion ahead of the festive season. The public is encouraged to take advantage of the extended weekend services.
