1. A passion to take care of your community (elderly patients helpless, disable broken community)
2. Namibian citizenship and/or study permit or proof of permanent residency to foreigners.
3. Must be able to communicate in at least 2 languages, e.g. English (native languages)
4. Must be 18 years and above, mature, people loving and compassionate individuals. Course outline

6 month intensive theoretical plus job training at a recognized institution at private hospitals, Old Age Homes and/or Nursing facilities and government institutions. Course content includes but is not limited to the following topics:
