Olafika SME Development & Mentorship Programme is a fully funded initiative which offers comprehensive training and mentorship designed to:
1. Empower emerging entrepreneurs with the skills and knowledge to identify, launch, grow, and sustain their businesses culminating in a Level 2 Certificate in Entrepreneurship upon successful completion.
2. Provide continuous mentorship and support during and after the programme, with graduates becoming part of the dynamic Olafika Alumni Community
3. Support participants in preparing and refining their business plans.
4. Promote local economic development by driving job creation and reducing unemployment, with a strong focus on beneficiation.
