Yoga-Qigong Fusion with Horses
Holy Wild Yoga & Nicky’s Riding School bring you a special morning of movement, breath, nature & connection. A unique Yoga–Qigong fusion practice shared alongside horses at Avis Horse Stables. 🌿
Join Lara-Lyn & Nicky as we slow down, breathe deeply, move intuitively and explore the grounding presence of horses.🤍
This session is designed to be accessible to everyone including complete beginners. You don’t need to be flexible, experienced or “good at yoga”. Simply come as you are.

📍 Avis Horse Stables, Windhoek
💰 N$450 per person
A few things to know:
• No yoga mat or equipment is needed
• You can practise in your shoes
• Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely
• Please bring water
• Sunscreen & a hat are highly recommended ☀️
• Parking is available at the stables — we’ll direct you where to park when you arrive
• Bookings & payment are required in advance
