JOB VACANCY: CLEANING SUPERVISOR
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team.
Minimum Requirements:
1. A Grade 12 Certificate
2. At least 5 years of working experience in the cleaning industry
3. Strong leadership and communication skills
4. Ability to manage cleaning staff and maintain high hygiene standards
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Supervising and coordinating cleaning staff
2. Ensuring that cleaning schedules and standards are maintained
3. Managing stock of cleaning materials and equipment
4. Reporting and resolving any cleaning issues promptly

VACANCY- HOUSEKEEPING TRAINER
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To come up with the Housekeeping training manual, review and update it from time to time to ensure that procedures are effective, efficient and up-to-date.
• Train the trainers, i.e. the Housekeeping Supervisors etc., so as to ensure Housekeeping standards are complied with by all staff.
• Welcoming all new starters in the Housekeeping team and take the lead in their introduction plan. Train new starters through the fundamental steps of services for Housekeeping.
• After the initial training, to monitor and track the quality of cleaning of the Housekeeping Attendants, and inspections by Housekeeping Supervisors, while providing ongoing training and feedback as required.
• Conduct refresher course regularly for the Housekeeping team to ensure they stay relevant.
• Monitor and evaluate the ongoing training to ensure all team members are educated on the correct and agreed company procedures and practices.
REQUIRED ATTRIBUTES & KNOWLEDGE:
• Previous housekeeping experience in a Supervisory level in the hospitality industry a must. Training experience would be advantageous.
• Diploma or above
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
• The ideal candidate will need to exhibit professionalism and the ability to demonstrate consistent high quality of cleanliness and service standards.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Resourceful and quick to adapt to changes.
• Highly responsible and reliable.
• Patient and open minded.
• Good interpersonal/communication and influence skills
