Westmont High School staff, in partnership with Marsh Namibia, had the privilege of being empowered by Greg Smerdon, from Greg Smeerdon consulting (a certified John Maxwell speaker, coach, trainer and teacher), who facilitated an impactful session on John C. Maxwell’s 15 Laws of Growth. From intentional leadership to purposeful personal development, our teachers are inspired to grow with direction and vision, both in and out of the classroom. Our teachers cannot wait to impart this information to the entire Westmont family. #growth #johnmaxwell

We have wrapped up the City of Windhoek cleaning campaign, but have definitely not wrapped up on cleanliness.

The Grade 8s had their chance and took the initiative to go above and beyond, by not only keeping the school neat and tidy, but also leaving the streets flawless.👌💫

It is now time for us to apply what we learnt from the campaign and ensure we always have a conducive environment for teaching and learning.

We have come to the end of the semester and have written our final cycle test for the year.🙌

Everybody wanted to become a part of the top performers gang, it is very evident, because the group has grown immensely.

At Westmont High School, the teachers and learners always look forward to the Tuesday morning assemblies.

This practice helps us to develop a feeling of unity, builds a culture of communication and boosts productivity levels of both staff members and learners.
