Job Title: ECD Specialist

Location: Avis, Windhoek, Namibia

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Development (ECD) Specialist to join our team in Windhoek, Namibia. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for working with children of all age groups, from 0 to 6 years old.

Responsibilities:

Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for children in daycare, preschool, and after-school programs.
Assisting children with homework and academic enrichment activities.
Prepare breakfast and lunch for the children and ensure their health and safety at all times.
Collaborate with other staff members to provide a positive and supportive learning environment.
Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, meals, and activities.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of ECD and incorporate them into the program.
Requirements:

Appropriate qualifications in Early Childhood Development, Education or a related field.
Proven experience working with young children in a daycare, preschool or after-school setting.
Knowledge of child development and experience planning and implementing age-appropriate activities.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Genuine passion for working with children of all age groups, from 0 to 6 years old.
