WHAT A WEEKEND!

​We are still buzzing from an incredible time at Fittest in the Namib 2025!

It was a weekend defined by grit, sweat, and that unstoppable persistence our athletes are known for.

​Huge congratulations to our podium finishers:
​🥇 André & Henry – 1st Place (Men’s RX)
​🥈 Isché & Marion – 2nd Place (Ladies RX)

​To our amazing supporters: THANK YOU! Having you there on the sidelines, cheering us on through every heavy lift and long sprint, gave us the extra gear we needed. You guys were the loudest and the best! 📣🙌

The atmosphere at the NamRox event this past Saturday was electric, but what stood out even more was the character and sportsmanship of our athletes. We saw them push past their limits, encourage competitors, and represent our community with immense pride. Their performance was a true testament to their dedication and heart, culminating in some incredible podium finishes:
1st place André and Monique (mixed open category)
2nd place Marion and Isché (female team elite category)
1st place André (Elite Male Individual category)

​A huge shout-out to Indongo Toyota Windhoek, for their generosity in sponsoring the refreshments and caps. These small details made a huge impact and were greatly appreciated by everyone.

​Finally, we want to extend our gratitude to CrossFit Damascus for hosting such a fantastic and well-organized event. The programming was challenging, the setup was flawless, and the community spirit was second to none. Thank you for a memorable day! We can't wait for the next one.

"Sometimes it's good to test your limits, so that you can see you have none."

This past weekend our athletes showed some real grit and grind. It was a real spectacle! We are so proud of each and everyone who competed and thank you to all who came to support us. Your cheers carried us through!
