On Friday, I had the honour of speaking on "The Power of Mentorship" at Rössing Uranium’s celebration of International Women in Mining Celebration, alongside powerhouse speaker Estelle Tjipuka, who inspired us with lessons from her book Breaking Barriers.

With over 180 brilliant, resilient, and radiant women in the room, the atmosphere was electric! From heartfelt stories to bold laughter, we affirmed our commitment to lifting as we rise.
