Position: Senior Office Administrator (4 posts)

About the role
PMT Health Care Institution is seeking experienced Senior Office Administrators to manage the day-to-day administration of our nursing school campuses. The successful candidates will ensure accurate record keeping, smooth office operations and professional front-line contact with students, staff and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain accurate student and administrative records (registration, attendance, assessment results, files)
- Manage reception and telephone enquiries with excellent customer service and telephone etiquette
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, examinations and events for the nursing school
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and official documents
- Supervise and support administrative staff and contractors as required
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and data confidentiality requirements
- Assist with basic financial/admin duties (invoicing, petty cash, procurement) where required
- Maintain a neat, professional office environment and present a smart, professional image

Required qualities and skills
- Proven experience in office administration and strong record-keeping skills (essential)
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a senior/admin supervisory role (preferably in education, healthcare or a similar regulated environment)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong telephone communication skills and professional telephone manner
- Highly organized, efficient and detail-oriented
- Professional, smart and neat appearance
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Computer literate (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with student information systems is an advantage
- High level of confidentiality and integrity

Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in Office Administration, Business Management, Secretarial Studies or related field preferred (equivalent experience will be considered)
