Today’s Devotion: No Weapon Shall Prosper
Scripture Reading:
Book of Isaiah 54:17
“No weapon that has been made to be used against you will succeed… This is the inheritance of the Lord’s servants, and their victory comes from Me,” declares the Lord.
As we enter this week of prayer for our little ones, we stand firmly on God’s promises. The Word reminds us in Book of Isaiah 54:17 that no weapon formed against us shall prosper. It does not say weapons will not be formed—but it assures us they will not succeed.
The enemy is never pleased when families pray, when children are dedicated to God, and when homes are covered by the blood of Jesus. But we are not afraid. We are confident. Because our victory does not come from our strength—it comes from the Lord.
Today, let us intentionally cover our children with God’s grace:
Grace over their minds — that they may think pure and wise thoughts.
Grace over their bodies — that they may be healthy and strong.
Grace over their friendships — that they may be surrounded by good influences.
Grace over their future — that God’s purpose will prevail in their lives.
When accusations rise, when fear tries to creep in, when doubt whispers in our hearts, we answer with faith. We declare that our children belong to the Lord. They are protected, chosen, and set apart.
Let us pray boldly today:
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your promise that no weapon formed against us shall prosper. We lift up our little ones before You. Cover them with Your grace, surround them with Your angels, and guard them from every evil plan. Strengthen them in spirit, mind, and body. Let Your favor rest upon them in their schools, in their homes, and in their future. We declare that they are victorious because You fight for them. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
May today be filled with peace, confidence, and unwavering faith. 🌿
