Setting the tone at our first staff engagement for Term 2, our School Director, Mr. Theron, spoke about the power of reaction, self-improvement, focusing on the good and bad and the conscious decisions we make every single day.

He encouraged all LWB staff members to evaluate situations and consider how they can make a meaningful impact. Mr. Theron emphasized that a school is not measured by its fancy buildings or neatly painted Netball courts, but by the heart and soul of the Staff who come here every day to make a difference. ❀️

We must remain self-aware and remind ourselves of where we are and how far the Lord has brought us.

Time on task and constant self-improvement were the main takeaways from this insightful session. 🌱
