What the mind knows best is repetition.
Whether it is healthy or not relative to the present, doesn’t matter. It will keep doing what it knows best.
Unless we cultivate and repeat the practice of an awareness that is present to the moment.
An awareness that is curious.
An awareness that holds expansive vision.
An awareness rooted in wisdom.
An awareness open to the challenge of change.
An awareness that rejoices at its own creation. And the potency of discomfort. And the choice to birth new patterns of your choosing.
I find that dynamic kriyas really confront my ability to carry such a nuanced awareness in the moment.
The word kriya means action. They are found in several yogic traditions like hatha, kundalini and ta**ra.
Their repetitive nature means you keep taking action again and again and again, rinsing through the density of your mind’s resistance.
And that is where the magick happens.
When you begin to envision the kind of awareness you want more of in your life and you make it happen.

We’ll be playing with some straps to open the shoulders, finding deep roots to open the hips and then connect the two in some juicy overhead binds before ending with some soothing breath work.

Together with fascia whisperer, Sybille from we will hosting *When the Body Speak* at to create a safe and nurturing space where you can renew your and enrich your understanding of how you can aid your own healing 🤍🪶🌈
Sybille and I share a reverence for the ways in which the body communicates with us and exploring the ways in which we can decipher what it truly needs. Using gentle touch, embodied movements and a solid body knowledge foundation we will help you understand what your own body is trying to tell you and how to keep building a practice that allows you to listen and respond with compassionate healing.
Anyone is welcome, but we have created this with you in mind if you are:
- healing from grief and trauma
- healing from anxiety & depression
- living with chronic pain
- living with conditions like fibromyalgia and now that cause high sensitivity
I am yoga teacher of over a decade with strong foundation in psychology, nervous system physiology and trauma awareness.
Sybille is a physiotherapist with over a decade of experience in body rehabilitation via fascia work and has created her own unique approach to address the healing of body & soul through gentle physical manipulation.
