Meet the team:
ISS is owned and managed by mother and daughter team Cheryl Ruch and Shavonne Ruch
Both have a background in teaching and education.
Cheryl has over 25 years of teaching experience and has taught subjects in both BIC and IEB curriculums while Shavonne has worked as a foreign language tutor for international platforms and has gone on to qualify as an RTT therapist and has diplomas in fitness and nutrition.
Ashley Louw has a B Ed and is the class teacher for stages 4 through 8. In addition
ISS uses various other consultant teachers for specialist subjects such as physics, chemistry and mathematics.

We would like to give each child in our care the tools to make the most of their unique skills and abilities and to provide a safe and stimulating learning environment.
Our learners work for the most part online and quickly become computer literate which is a necessity in today’s workplace.
We encourage good interpersonal communication and collaboration with their peers and allow our students to work at a pace best suited to their individual abilities.
