📚✨ Regional Readathon 2025 Highlights ✨📚

This past week our school joyfully participated in the Regional Readathon 2025 under the theme: “Break the Silence, Build Minds, Focus on Mental Wellness.”

From our regular reading sessions, exciting storytelling, and a lively Spelling Bee, to thoughtful essay writing, a beautiful Wellness Wall, and a special Grade 1 reading — our learners were engaged, inspired, and celebrated! 🏆👏

A big thank you to our teachers, guest storyteller, and parents for their support throughout the week. Most of all, we thank God for the gift of His Word and the joy of reading, which helps us grow both in knowledge and in spirit. ✝️💡

✨💃 Boots & Boogie Dance & Games Night – A Huge Success! 🤠🎶What an incredible evening we had at our first Otjiwarongo Christian School Boots & Boogie Dance & Games Night! The children danced, laughed, and played their hearts out — and it was such a joy to see so many happy faces. 🥳A big thank you to our amazing Grade 7 learners for hosting this fundraiser and leading with such energy, to our teachers for their dedication and support, and to the parents who helped with supervision — we couldn’t have done it without you. 💕Most of all, thank you to everyone who came out and joined us. ✨ A heartfelt THANK YOU to our Grade 7 learners, their parents, and everyone who bought a cupcake last Friday! ✨

Through your effort, teamwork, and generosity, we were able to buy brand-new sports equipment for the school. 🏀⚽🏐 Every cupcake baked, sold, and enjoyed has turned into a blessing that will keep our children active, healthy, and full of joy. 💖

We are reminded that when we work together in love, God multiplies even the smallest offering into something wonderful for His Kingdom. 🙏
