Leonard H Ngwilili, participant in the Diploma in Transformational Leadership, donated a book to the ALI library. This book, written as part of a team, originated due to his studies in the Certificate in Transformational Leadership (CTL) at ALI.

The CTL intervention truly develop brave, but humble leaders. Leaders who can get the job done!

ALI presented a Relationship Seminar this weekend at the Rock Lodge.

Reminders during such a weekend include guidelines on how to build healthy boundaries, how to build trust in all your relationships, and how to build healthy relationships in all Spheres.

The Financial Literacy seminar helps people to master their money, and not let the money, or lack thereof, master them.

The more than 100 people who attended the seminar in Ongwediva on Saturday afternoon were all equipped to be good stewards.

It takes one leader who is brave, but humble, to lead transformation!

This is what Ethelda Chikumbo did when she arranged the ALI regional training in Oshana. More than 200 people attended the 3 different seminars presented over 2 days.

It was a privilege to partner with this ALI Alumni in equipping and empowering people in Oshana region!

Ropetech employees recently attended a Team Building Retreat at Rock Lodge, presented by ALI, where they participated in impactful sessions focused on leadership, teamwork, and personal growth. Topics included becoming better leaders, building a Level 5 Team, remembering their purpose and daily motivation, effective planning and prioritization, strong communication and trust, and understanding that attitude is a choice.

The retreat also emphasized the importance of truly knowing, connecting with, and personally investing in one another to build a stronger and more united team.
