Transfedred to "DVO", Damara representative authority in 1968.

Essay winners… The Ministry of International Relations and Cooperation today handed over prizes to the Namibian winners of the SADC Secondary Schools Essay Competition. Blessings Liswani from the Caprivi Secondary School achieved first place and received US$500 (approximately N$9 600). Second place went to Khristine Chipiaca (Rukonga Vision School) winning N$5 700 and Angel Wasserfall (Cornelius Goreseb High School) walking away with N$3 838.
