COSDEC (Community Skills Development Centre) Omaheke was establish in 2009 and is located in Gobabis, the capital of the Omaheke region. COSDEC's vision is to provide high quality vocational training and marketable skills for out of school youth, marginalised groups, and the general community. COSDEC's mission is to ensure that every Namibian has access to opportunity with practical, employable en

trepreneurial and life skills training. Omaheke COSDEC shares a campus and administration with the Gobabis VTC (Vocational Training Centre). By combining the resources of the COSDEC and VTC we can increase the opportunities for all Namibians in Omaheke to join the labor force, start a business, or continue on with higher education.
