Gobabis Vocational Training Centre - GVTC Gobabis Vocational Training Centre (GVTC). Gobabis Vocational Training Centre(GVTC) is located at free market street, SADC industrial area, Gobabis.

The Centre was established in 2016. The Centre was inaugurated in 2016 by the Hon. Minister of MHETI, Dr. Itah Kandji-Murangi and commenced with training the same year on the 11th January 2016. GVTC was placed under the care of COSDEF which shares the same premises with GVTC. GVTC was officially been taken over by Namibia Training Authority (NTA) on the 01st September 2017.The Centre is under th

e custodianship of the Namibia Training Authority(NTA) responsible for TVET as mandated by the VET Act No. 1 of 2008. GVTC has a staff compliments of 22 staff members both academic and administrative staff members. Currently ,GVTC offers five(5) national structured courses including Automotive Mechatronics Foundation, Air-conditioning & Refrigeration ,Clothing Production, Office Administration, Welding & Metal Fabrication. The Centre also offers three-month short courses and an SME support programme to entrepreneurs.
