ROTC aims to provide all mandatory safety training for staff working in the offshore, maritime, ports & terminals and Transport & Logistics sectors

ROTC, with commercial licence number (NUIT) 400581789 and having its facility in Pemba, Cabo Delgado Province is
a Joint Venture between:

1. Moçambique Soluções e Equipamentos Lda, Beira, Mozambique;
2. STC-Group Holding B.V., Rotterdam, The Netherlands (http://www.stc-group.nl/Pages/1033/HomePage.aspx);
3. Workships, Rotterdam, The Netherlands (www.workships.nl);
4. Portbiq Lda, Rotterdam, The Netherlands. The partners have sectorial, local, regional and international knowledge and experience to provide training of international quality. ROTC will actively seek accreditation according to OPITO and IMO/STCW standards to guarantee this assertion. ROTC aims to strengthen the sustainable human resource development and training capacity essentially linked to the offshore but also related infrastructural sectors in Mozambique, thus providing an answer to the actual and future demand for certified professionals for the oil and gas (on- and offshore) and related industries.
