In addition, all our dishes are light (we use the right amount of healthy fats!) and are low in sugar, sodium, and saturated fat. Refined sugar, processed ingredients, white flours, trans fats and empty calories are an absolute NO NO at CK Café. All the food you’ll eat here is good for your BODY - you only have one, take care of it!! Who is behind CK Café? Clemence KULEHSA, is the creator of CK Café. She is a French entrepreneur with a passion for nutrition, health and gastronomy. She is currently studying advanced nutrition at Shaw Academy, a course she will complete by June 2016. Clemence is also nutrition coach and has worked with over 150 young women within the last 2 years to help them improve their relationships with food, as well augmenting their self-esteem. Clemence KULEHSA is also a highly regarded digital influencer on Instagram as @CK_Health. Through this medium she promotes a healthy lifestyle. In addition, she has also developed three recipe eBooks in line with her nutritional principles in order to guide her clients through their journeys towards well-being, and, to aid people who want to eat in a healthy and balanced manner whilst staying slim. These eBooks are bestsellers in France and a third eBook is being developed! The first eBook is available in English and Portuguese on her website - www.ckhealth.net. After a promising experience in France, Clemence is keen to enter the Mozambican market to share her passion for healthy AND tasty gastronomy and to bring her unique concept to Maputo.
