I'm all about teaching you in a safe, accessible, systematic way so that you build a self-help tool and you stick to it for life.
Yoga is not about getting into fancy physical postures - which you might eventually master anyway.
It's about finding a sense of inner peace you might not have imagined existed.
And because we are a beautiful intricate being made of body, mind and spirit this goes all the way to improving your physical and mental health as well.
So if that's something that speaks to your soul, I'm here to help you make it happen!
When you're ready send me a DM to see if we can work together.

Rest your forehead from eyebrows up. Relax your face completely. Become aware of your breath.
This will help you achieve a relaxed, passive mental attitude
Try it and let me know how you feel.

Which statement describes your perimenopause journey best right now?
- everything around you feels too much;
- you find yourself dealing with emotional issues you thought were resolved;
-you feel like you are not yourself anymore;
-you are in the bullsh*t-free zone;
You are not alone in this raw, challenging, hard perimenopause storm.
There are many other people going through it with you.
One of the most helpful things you can do is share your journey so you don't feel lonely and hopeless.
And if none of it makes sense to you in this moment, it might come up as you go through perimenopause.
It's a (often messy) variable process.

Even though you were designed by Nature to go through perimenopause, individual and social constructions taught you that ageing is horrible and the menstrual cycle is dirty and shameful.
You might not have the right tools to deal with perimenopause and could have a worsened perimenopause experience.
You do it all for a successful career and a happy family.
But at a certain point, things start shifting on a physical and mental level. You might start feeling like you can't/don't want to keep up with it all.
That's likely the onset of your perimenopause transition.
Now stay with me on this.
You are not broken. You don't need anyone to scare you off.
You can take charge of your perimenopause.
You can feel good, confident and empowered during perimenopause.
And here is the first step to an easier perimenopause:
STOP dealing with perimenopause as if it was another task you can put up with.

Perimenopause can be scary, painful, hard. PLEASE remember that:
- it's a natural phase of life, a transition period everybody with an ovarian system will experience at a certain point in their life;
- it's not going to last forever. Perimenopause is yourself moving from your menstrual years into menopause (aka cessation of menstruation);
- you are going through a transformation, and with the right tools, you will get to the other side healthier, wiser and rooted into your true self.
One of the things I want you to know MOST?
You are not alone in this, and you don't have to go through it alone.
Keep following this page for perimenopause support, education and solutions to feel good, confident and empowered again.

What the yogic stages of life teach you about your cyclical nature:
Yoga divides life in 4 periods of about 25 years:
1. Brahamacharya: learn what life is about
2. Grihasthasrama: worldly responsibilities, know what your duty in life is
3. Vanaprasthasrama: knowledge is shared, maturity truly comes
4. Sannyasasrama: get rid of the attachments to the world
Using this knowledge to inform your menstrual cycle experience helps you connect with your cyclical nature, be conscious about it and take care of it as part of that beautiful temple your body is.
How to look at your cyclical nature through the lenses of the yogic stages of life:
1. Brahamacharya: learn how your menstrual cycle works
2. Grihasthasrama: embrace your menstrual cycle and learn how to live in tune with it in harmony with your family, work and other duties
3. Vanaprasthasrama: turn inward, observe the changes of perimenopause-menopause
4. Sannyasasrama: embody the power of your cyclical wisdom
Yoga is not only physical practice. Living your menstrual cycle and peri- menopause in a yogic way make you feel fully one and at peace with your cyclical nature.
