She also had recording experiences with professional orchestras at recording studios and concert halls since 2015. A recipient of both full scholarships from the National Arts Council and Yong Siew Toh Conservatory, Andrea Lin graduated from the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music (YSTCM), National University of Singapore with Bachelor of Music Degree in Violin Performance with Honours in 2014, where she further studied violin with professors at the conservatoire from the Young Artist programme in 2007 and later, the Music Degree programme in violin performance prior to her professional violinist career. Going into the 8th Year of her teaching career today since 2014, she has nurtured many students to be achievers of competitions: To date, 12 Prizes in 15 Competitions, as well as students scoring Distinctions at Practical and Performance Exams Grades 2, 4, 5, 6, 8 in 2018, 2019, 2021 and 2022.
