We were deeply honoured to welcome YB Datuk Khairul Firdaus Akbar Khan, Timbalan Menteri, Kementerian Sumber Manusia (KESUMA), to Mega Aerospace Centre Sdn. Bhd. for an official visit focused on strengthening collaboration and advancing human capital development in Sabahโ€™s aviation sector.

The visit was accompanied by YB Datuk Ewon Benedick, Timbalan Ketua Menteri III merangkap Menteri Pembangunan Perindustrian, Keusahawanan & Pengangkutan (MINDET).

The visit commenced with a collaboration discussion and the signing of Letters of Intent (LOIs) between Mega Aerospace Centre Sdn. Bhd. and Advanced Technology College โ€“ Jabatan Tenaga Manusia (ADTEC JTM) Kota Kinabalu & Sandakan Campus.

These collaborations mark an important step towards strengthening skills development, technical training and industry-ready talent for the aviation sector. ๐Ÿš€

Our heartfelt appreciation also goes to our parent company, KKIP SABAH (KKIP Sdn. We were pleased to welcome representatives from Human Resource Development Corporation (HRDCorp), Mr. Emmanual Joseph Edward, Head of Office, for Sabah Region (Kota Kinabalu Office) along with his team for a collaboration and follow-up meeting to further discuss potential initiatives in skills development, upskilling and reskilling.

Discussions focused on exploring opportunities for closer collaboration in human capital development, industry-driven training and workforce upskilling, with the aim of creating greater access to relevant skills training and career development opportunities.

We are pleased to host a productive discussion with the Sekretariat Sabah Maju Jaya (SSMJ) on the proposed MYSMJ Work / MYFutureJobs Career Carnival for Kota Kinabalu, chaired by the Director of SSMJ, Puan Rosnih Binti Othman.

The discussion brought together KKIP Sdn. Bhd., PERKESO, Department of Labour (JTK), Bank Negara Malaysia, and other relevant agencies to explore potential collaboration and coordinate the implementation of the proposed programme.

Key areas discussed included providing a platform for direct job matching between job seekers and employers, complemented by career advisory services, MYFutureJobs registration, financial literacy, and awareness on workersโ€™ rights and protection.

We are honoured to be part of this collaborative initiative and looks forward to supporting efforts that create greater employment opportunities, skills development and career pathways for the people of Sabah. ๐Ÿคโœจ
