The Room Confirmation process is open from 22 July 2026 until 18 August 2026!

We need you to confirm your accommodation plans for next semester:

Click "YES" if you wish to stay in your current room.
(Note: Additional charges during the semester break will apply).

Click "NO" if you wish to change rooms for next semester.
(No additional charges will apply. Please return your key and vacate your room once you finish your final exam, then wait until 4 September 2026 to book your new room).

Make your decision today so we can prepare for your upcoming semester! 🚀

⚠️ Important:
1. Your selection is FINAL. No changes will be allowed once submitted.
2. If you fail to complete the "Confirmation to Stay" process as instructed, please be informed that the system will automatically retain your current room assignment for the upcoming semester.

Dear Residents,

Please be informed that there will be a revision to the operating hours of the Residential Management (RM) Hotline for weekends and public holidays.

Effective *1st April 2026* , the new operating hours are as follows:

* *Weekdays (After Office Hours):*
6:00 PM – 11:00 PM (No change)

* *Weekends / Public Holidays:*
10:00 AM – 10:00 PM (Previously 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM)

All other contact numbers and operating hours remain unchanged.

May this revitalised space serve as a haven for productivity, relaxation, and shared community spirit. To preserve the quality and harmony of this room, kindly observe the following regulations:

1. Please ensure all writings on the whiteboard are erased after each use.
2. Remove your shoes and place them neatly on the shoe rack before entering.
3. Switch off the lights and fans after use (if the room is no longer occupied).
