Today, we celebrate the beauty of Malaysia’s diversity and the unity that connects us as one. May we always cherish one another, appreciate the cultures that make us unique, and be grateful for this beautiful land we call home.

Happy Merdeka Day! 🇲🇾🇲🇾🇲🇾🎉

As we celebrate our nation's independence, let us remember the sacrifices of those who fought for the freedom and peace we enjoy today.

We also honor the greatest sacrifice and perseverance of our beloved Prophet Muhammad SAW, his companions, and generations of Muslims who dedicated their lives to spreading the light of Islam so that its guidance reaches us today.

May Allah bless Malaysia with lasting peace, unity, and prosperity, and may He raise among us a generation that loves Allah and His Messenger SAW, upholds the Qur'an and Sunnah, and strives to serve the Ummah and the nation with sincerity and excellence. 🤲🏻

🌟 VISION BOARD | SUPER FAMILY ADVENTURE 2026 🌟

From Vision to Action

As pay of our Islamic Parenting Talk, ""Character Building from Home,"" parents had the opportunity to pause, reflect, and create their own Vision Boards imagining the kind of future they hope to build for themselves and their children.

We saw so many beautiful and meaningful visions: hopes for stronger families, better character, deeper faith, meaningful relationships, and a brighter future for their children.

But a vision is only the beginning.

Our hope is that these beautiful words and dreams will not remain as something written on a board.

May they become intentions that inspire action, choices that shape daily life, and commitments that parents carry together with their children.

Because building our children's character starts from home through what we model, what we practise, and what we consistently do together.

May every vision become a step.
May every step become a habit.
And may every habit help build the kind of family and future we pray for.

PARENTING TALK | SUPER FAMILY ADVENTURE 2026 🌟

Topic: Character Building Starts at Home

Our children learn not only from what we teach, but from what they see in us every day.

"And enjoin prayer upon your family and be steadfast in it. We do not ask you for provision; We provide for you. And the ultimate outcome is for righteousness.” (QS Taha 20:132)

And in QS At-Tahrim 66:6, Allah reminds us to protect ourselves and our families.

As parents, this responsibility begins with our own example.

If we want our children to love prayer, let them see us pray.

If we want them to have good manners, let them see kindness in us.

If we want them to have strong iman, let them see faith in the way we live.

Before asking, “What kind of child will my child become?”

ask: “What kind of example am I giving my child today?”

Let’s start at home.

Be steadfast in prayer. Live the values we teach. Be the example our children can follow.

Because protecting our family begins with protecting ourselves and becoming better role models for them. 🌱

Thank you, Ustaz Azzam, for the insightful sharing. It was truly eye-opening for parents on how to raise and educate their children for the sake of Allah.
