National Chemical Engineering Symposium 2014 National Chemical Engineering Symposium(NACES) 2014 is organized by Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP) which will be held on 28-30 November 2014.

National Chemical Engineering Symposium (NACES) is an annual national level event organized by Chemical Engineering Student Society of Malaysia Universities in collaboration with Chemical Engineering Programme of its respected university. The organiser for this programme will be rotated amongst all Malaysia Universities for organising a 3 days symposium. University Technology Petronas (UTP) had su

ccessfully gained the recognition to be the host of NACES 2014. This event will take place in UTP Chancellor Hall, Main Hall and Seminar Room on 28-30 November 2014. NACES is a friendly competition where students battle it out and use the concepts they have learned to emerge champions .NACES is actually a symposium consists of 6 categories of competition namely Case Study Competition, Chemical Engineering Challenge (CEC) Competition, Plant Design Competition, Technical Essay Writing, Technical Power Point Presentation and Technical Video Competition. In fact, NACES is a platform to apply the skills and knowledge universities students have learned. NACES also serves as a platform for integration of Chemical Engineering students in Malaysia and exposes them to the realm of Chemical Engineering professions. The main objective of this event is to enhance critical and innovative thinking among all participants (student) by encouraging them to express their ideas towards the issues discussed. Various chemical engineering related companies will be participating in exhibiting and promoting their business and current technologies in the chemical engineering practices. Nostalgia of NACES
