Let’s Explore Transportation!

What shape are the wheels?

Our little explorers had fun discovering the shape of wheels while creating their very own transportation models!

Through hands-on learning, children observed that most vehicle wheels are round, helping vehicles roll and move smoothly. They explored, created, and tested their ideas while learning through play!

Round wheels → Rolling → Moving!

Learning is more exciting when little hands are busy exploring!

🌊🚤 Water Transportation – Raft! 🛶

Can it stay balanced or will it tip over?

Our little scientists explored “Balanced vs. Not Balanced” by placing objects on a raft and observing what happened. Through hands-on play, they learned that where and how objects are placed can affect the balance and stability of a raft.

🍓 Letter J | J for Jam! 🍓

Learning letters can be fun, meaningful and delicious!

Our little learners explored the letter J through a hands-on “J for Jam” activity. They practised spreading jam on bread while strengthening their fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination and independence. 🥄🍞

Most importantly, they connected the letter J with a real-life experience — J is for Jam!

Transportation: Shape & Float or Sink

Can plasticine float? Or will it sink?

Our little scientists explored the world of water transportation through a fun hands-on experiment!

Using plasticine, the Manjakids shaped, pressed, and transformed the material before testing it in water. They made their own predictions, observed what happened and discovered that changing the shape of the same material can affect whether it floats or sinks.

🚁 Science Pre-3 | Transportation: Helicopter

Up, up and away! 🚁
Our little scientists explored the exciting world of transportation by learning about the helicopter and creating their very own helicopter craft!

Through this hands-on activity, children developed their fine motor skills, creativity, problem-solving skills and understanding of how helicopters move through the air.

Most importantly, they learned through exploring, creating and having fun!
